Made in China? If yes I won't buy

Yes, they are made in China. I personally have used this pair for 2 years and cannot see any signs of them failing me any time soon. The shuttles included won't last 2 minutes though.

Are both rackets the same colour

One of the rackets has a black upper and red bottom and the other has a red upper and black bottom so different but similar

Do these rackets come with a bag?

It didn't come with a carry bag, the rackets were wrapped in a plastic bag and of course a cardboard box.

does this have a badminton bag?

It does! Comes with a bag big enough for the rackets, shuttle cocks, and net included mate!
