4ft punch bag with chains etc
Decent quality I hang mine from squat cage also if you go to argos you can get 2x bags of kids play sand £8 there 15kg each the bags perfectly fit into the bag without having to just poor sand in so I've pretty much doubled the weight it's been hanging and getting Hammered for well over a month and alls fine. Good bag for money.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect garage hanging gym equipment. Got it for myself and the girlfriend and it’s been brilliant.No faults. Comes complete with hanging chain. Bought a separate ceiling/joist hook and that too works brilliantly.Get one. Have a fun and get a workout at your own pace n

Good but…
The fabric inside has started to show through, not sure if that’s supposed to happen, it’s about a year old and doesn’t get used that often.If the supplier can clarify why that’s happening that would be much appreciated.
