Excellent garden tool - very simple to put together and use, good quality build. Lightweight but strong enough. We only have quite a small garden, the batteries will only last for one 'sweep' but that's as expected - quick to re-charge. Great design having the zip opening at the bottom of the leaf bag - very quick and easy to empty. Would recommend.

When I unpacked this machine I was impressed by what appeared to be a high quality product. However, on use, I was soon disappointed as it kept blocking up and I had to fabricate a tool (from soft plastic coated wire) to unjam it as it is not possible to get your hand in to clear the jam. On second use it stopped completely (appeared to be a switch fault) and was returned to Yard Force. They arranged and paid for collection and replaced it. Second machine is still operating but:- 1. Still occasionally blocks. I have to remove bag and pull out jammed leaves using my special tool. 2. Batteries do not last very long. We only have a small garden and it will not do the job in one, even though we do not have a great leaf problem with no large deciduous trees directly overhanging our garden. 3. Suction is OK but still needs a brush and pan to finish the job on patio area and if you turn up the suction to full power the battery life is even shorter. 4. The machine is awkward to use as it is not well balanced. Hanging on the shoulder strap it is nearly horizontal so you have to push down on the front handle and pull up on the back handle to put the nozzle on the ground. After using this tool I think it may not be possible to design a cordless garden vacuum/blower as batteries cannot supply sufficient power.

I purchased this item in May 2021. The supplier website states 2 years warranty. The item is no longer working and im wondering if I can get a replacement? I purchased the item for £77.09 it is now £149.99! is it possible to purchase this item without the batteries? as the batteries and charger still work,

Disappointed with the run time. I was lead to believe that it would work for approximately 30 minutes between charging but the first time I used it, after fully charging the batteries, it stopped after 10 minutes of just blowing. I noticed that one battery still had 90% power remaining but the other battery was down to 13%. Recharged both batteries but it still only ran for 15 minutes, one battery was again showing 90% but the second one was doe to 23%. Contacted Yard Force Support and after several emails they wanted me to send the faulty battery back to them and they would check it and repair or exchange the battery at their discretion. Not acceptable as I would be without the vac for I don't know how long plus it should be still under guarantee and a replacement battery should be sent without question before I had to returned the faulty one. Very poor customer support from Yard Force.

I have had an electric vacuum for several years but not used much as cable too much hassle. This vacuum is excellent and convenient - I have had for 2 months and use frequently. Suction is more than enough - use at number 2 or 3 of the 5 settings. Batteries last a good length of time and charge quickly. A great purchase.

After several attempts, and following instructions carefully, I managed to suck up just a few leaves once. It was dry, and even simple leaves blocked the suction area. Difficult to unblock, and the same happened again within 30 seconds. Blower is a bit weak too. No battery rating given, as I returned it before the batteries had had a chance to run out.

Very good value for money. Good enough suction, not too heavy. Batteries duration is not great but plenty for the average garden and much better than having a power cable to restrict your movements. And charge time is acceptable. Recommended

The 1st YardForce I bought worked perfectly on small dry leaves for around 3 months. The vacuum wasn't quite strong enough to suck all the leaves into the mulcher and are congregating in the tube. I ended up giving the leaves a gently push up the rube and the motor stopped. So, believing this was my own stupidity I bought a second machine which lasted only a few weeks before the motor stoped working completely during only a small job in the garden to pick up red Robbin leaves. I have not the time or effort to return and I certainly wont be buying another. if your only looking for a vacuum that handles small dry leaves in small quantities this is for you, but if not, dont buy
