I love that it had so much variety of workouts, clarity is great, easy to follow, good quality and great vague the money.

These posters are super handy to have on the wall. The pictures are clear because they come laminated, and it’s easy to glance over and find a new move without having to look things up on my phone. I like that they’re broken down into bodyweight, dumbbell, and barbell exercises—it keeps things organized. They’re a good size, easy to read, and make my workouts feel more structured. Definitely a great buy for anyone setting up a home gym. P.S. They are double-sided too!

I'm an older guy who loves life and so exercises everyday to maintain health and the ability to do all the things I want to do. One of the things I do is weight lift and I do this at home. For the last 5 years I've been using a list of the lifts I want to do that is/was printed on a 8x11 sheet of paper and so would have to put my glasses on to read the next lift. Not any more! These things are awesome. Big enough to read without glasses and even better, with them being laminated I can make notations on them with a dry erase marker. Wish I had gotten these a long time ago. They may not have every lift listed but the ones they have are more than adequate for the average person and for the one's that are not listed that you like to do, just write it down on the poster. Glad I got these and well worth the price. John

They are great and a good size. The only problem is they are double sided. The dumbell workout and kettlebell workout are on one so ypou can’t display both. You have to choice either or to display or flip it over every time you need one or the other.

We use these as posters in our home gym. Gives great ideas for specific workouts.

These posters are the perfect size and great addition to our workout space! Being laminated we are able to use a dry erase marker to label which workouts we are doing each day which reduces a lot of decision fatigue.

I liked the durability, that it was laminated, easy to read and value. I added posters to my workout room. The aesthetic and fact that’s it’s useful fit in well. It’s motivating and it helps me associate the room with working out.

Don’t need to use my phone all the time just look up what I want to do and laminated so can use a erasable whiteboard maker on it if needed

Están padrisimos, si es q tiene es espacio para ponerlos, vienen enviciados y tiene el tamaño estándar de cualquier póster, se aprecian muy bien los ejercicios

Ich habe mir dieses Posterset für mein Homeworkout bestellt und habe diese an der Wand neben meiner Hantelbank angebracht. So kann ich immer mal wieder schnell einen Blick darauf werfen und weiß, welche Übung als nächstes kommt und wie ich sie ausführen muss. Die Bilder sind leicht verständlich dargestellt und man sieht auch, welche Muskelpartie durch die Übung trainiert wird. Die Poster sind einlaminiert und somit geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz. Der Versand aus den USA ging schneller als erwartet. Ich kann dieses Posterset voll und ganz empfehlen, da ich es sehr informativ und auch dekorativ für jeden Trainingsraum finde.
