Celeriac.
I liked the celery like flavour of theCeleriac. I used it mixed with equal parts of Potato mashed together.

Unexpectedly pleasant little veg
I had never heard of this vegetable before doing Keto but it's the answer to your prayers if you're missing potatoes.It smells like celery BUT it tastes like parsnips and nothing like celery at all!!It's amazing chopped up and made into chips or potatoes, I'd recommend making chips with it in an airfryer, so amazing!

A great taste
I am 73 years old and only had this amazing vegetable for the first time in 2020, It is absolutely delicious either on it's own or mashed with swede and perhaps a little parsnip.
