Hey James - I bought one of these fantastic cases, but this one does not hold 100s.

will this case hold 100's

I bought it as a gift so I can't count it right now. But it only holds 10 or 12 cigs maybe 15, anyway less than a full single pack of 20. The built-in lighter was a big hit!

How to you refill the lighter that is built in?

the lighter pops out, just be careful, then you will see the refill hole at the bottom of the lighter

Do yall sell replacement lighters for it? The igniter broke on mine

This is exactly what happened with mine. My lighter broke soon after I started t o use it. Now I have this beautiful Cigarette Case without a functional lighter. Let me know about the replacement too.
