Works better than anticipated
I’ve been taking melatonin pretty frequently for years and I feel like it’s just never really working these days. I tried this, and I feel like I stay in a deep sleep longer, wake up a little groggy, but it soon goes away, and I feel more awake and alert than with normal melatonin. I think it’s worth paying a little more for the results.

Real calming and relaxation effects to set the stage for a (smaller) melatonin dose. Avoids the grogginess of just using melatonin alone in high dosages.

Tried And Failed
I tried these tablets and they made me feel drowsy but I never fell asleep. The issue is mine, not the tablets. They did the best they could do so this review isn't helpful. I can neither recommend nor discourage their use. Each individual's circumstances will determine their effectiveness. It doesn't hurt to try them if you're having trouble falling asleep but there's a chance they won't help depending on your individual problem. It doesn't seem fair to give a 3 star rating but I can't recommend because I had no success with them and I can't warn off because they could help someone.

Sleeping much better gratefully but why?
This works really well. Think about it. It isn’t a released once thing. It releases melatonin throughout the night. It has really helped me sleep better and longer. Of course it makes getting up harder unless I have a great reason. Of course, my TBI is still healing so sleeping longer might be necessary anyways.
