Having the risers makes it very easy to place this over minis for various reasons for magic or other effects.

Over all I like it. It stands high enough to go over a wide assortment of minis and the different templates are good. It’s nice and stable. Only real draw back is that the lines are hard to read when on the table esp with a variety of minis and terrain under it. I’m honestly looking at using a dark market over the lines so we can read them better. But we’ll play with it far a while first and see how it goes (we’re only one session in so far).

Nice way to see spell area of effect

Was cool for a day but the materials are weak, the legs bent so easily and is actually very hard to see if you play on a big table, probably very good for a group who plays on a very small table where leaning in can see perfectly over it but otherwise you dont need it, better to find stencils or make your own
