Great B-complex, easy to take
I got my blood work done and my doctor told me my B12 was low, so I started taking these Nature Made Super B Complex vitamins. I like that it includes all the B vitamins I need, not just B12, so it feels more well-rounded. So far I’m happy with them. In the pictures you can see how tiny they are, which I really appreciate because they’re super easy to take. They also have no taste at all. I’m hoping this helps get my levels back up, but overall I’m really glad I found these. Easy, simple, and no issues taking them daily.

It works! I feel energized
This is legit. I sometimes take it on an empty stomach in the morning and don't feel any side effects so I think it absorbs pretty quickly and feel more energetic within an hour. I've been taking this for a year straight and can feel the difference if I skip a few days so it definitely does something. This version does not have vitamin C included, which is what I've been searching for. I wish this brand made a multi B vitamin without biotin since biotin is often already added to other supplements and collagen based mixes. If you take vitamins daily, you know what I mean. I feel like I'm getting biotin overload and it isn't always necessary for some people.

A good B Complex dietary supplement you may want to check out.
Being a senior citizen besides my regular doctor prescribed medicine I also take other vitamin and minerals supplements to support my overall health. I noticed my supply of B complex was running low and while browsing online I came across this product (Nature Made Super B energy complex, 160 soft gels) on Amazon for a good price and I purchased them. I was pleased with the quick delivery service. I found these gels easy to swallow and I am happy with my purchase. If you take a B-complex product you may want to check out this product. Work great
I was low on a couple b vitamins so my dr suggested this one. Seems to be working since he's happy with my numbers now. These are priced right & usually on sale too. I haven't had any side effects, there is no odor or taste. I'm very happy with these & I've always used Nature Made vitamins so it was a no brainer to use these too.
