Easy to use, tastes great and brilliant for complete B vitamins
BetterYou B Complete is a really tasty and fast way to make sure you get your daily B vitamins especially if you are vegetarian and/or in need of an energy boost. In only four quick sprays a day you have a really good dose of complete b vitamins, and it tastes really good too. This spray also has the much better absorbed/tolerated methylated b vitamins - which many cheaper brands don't. Methylated vitamins are usually much more expensive, but worth it because they're much more effective and tolerated - BetterYou use them as a matter of course in this formulation at a great price. I know that these b vitamins work for me because I've taken b complex most of my life -I know I'm lacking in B vitamins when my energy is low but also when I don't dream - and this one works for my most of the time. As I've got older I sometimes feel I need extra and so I will also give myself a little extra boost with the BetterYou b12 spray or, if I've been run down of unwell, I'll switch to using another oral b complex that has fewer different b vitamins but more does of the ones I need at that time (Biocare Methyl B drops). That said, they are not as easy to use as this spray and do not have the complete B vitamin profile as this one - it depends on what you need. Oral B vitamins are the easiest and fastest absorbed and BetterYou is a great company with the backing of great research.

Excellent energy booster. Will be buying again!
Seems to make a difference to my energy which is much needed as I’ve tried so much including B12 injections but this really seems to make a difference and quickly too. I personally find the flavour quite nice regardless of other reviews. I will buy again for sure. I also use the magnesium spray as well as the D3 & K2 mk7 spray but find this b complete the best so far!

Quality products.
This company are my go to for vitamins! Spray into mouth, taste fine and they are absorbed into the body. They have the right level of everything you need- no fillers etc as a spray. Their Vit B works for me!

Spray is convenient
Comfortable, easy to use and absorb，spraying instead of swallowing capsule supplement which would make me feel painful in stomach, but no problem with this spray！

Horrible Taste
I got this to try as I'd used the b12 spray and found it good. I can't say about how effective it is, but it tastes yuck. I have to spray then drink straight away.

Pleasant taste, easy to use, only been using a few days so not noticed a difference yet.

Helps regulate hormones. A must have went from irregular cycles to 29 day cycles. In combination with collagen, vit d spray, vitamin c spray, zinc and turmeric.
