Instructions were good and easy ro learn
The scooter worked very well. Instructions were good and easy ro learn. The delivery did not go well. I was not able to get to the door before the driver left a note saying they could not leave it because it included hazardous material but after calling FEDEX the let me pick it up at their. When we opened the box and set up the scooter , no battery (the hazardous material0 was not included .We called the shipper , who was helpful and arranged to overnight it to the where I was vacationing. so in spite of inconvenience all went well and made my vacation mor enjoyable.. Now I am wondering if it is possible for me to get a paper receipt to use for insurance reimbursement THANK YOU Janice Varney

Useful and portable
Bought this at an actual store front dealer because I wanted a place I could go to for service if needed. The scooter works well and is quite zippy. Due to its small dimensions it is very maneuverable when you are in a store. One thing I have learned is that you have to be careful when out with the Mobie as many people walk through malls and never look where they are going. This is probably a good choice if you have an SUV or a minivan as lifting this into and out of a trunk could be a challenge.

Very disappointed. High price, low quality. One of the worst purchases I have made.

Nice get a round
definately happy I chose this one instead of another. It is all it describes and very easy to fold or unfold. I only wish it was a little lighter so I could take it in the car with me. My future plans are to purchase the battery charger and the second battery however the battery seems a little expensive to purcahse, hoping the price of it will come down a bit

great scooter great value
Solax Mobie Scooter (Red)We bought this for an upcoming trip in which we will be on a cruise ship and traveling overseas. The Mobie does exactly what we need folds and unfolds easily like the old Castro couch commercials even a child could do it. No pieces to remove or put back, and its a light weight 54 pounds so valet and airline personnel complement us on how great it is and easy for them to lift. We have gate checked it on two trips and my wife can ride down the jetway and back out again in the airport. The Mobie is easy to operate and goes fast enough but not too fast to be unsafe. We received free arm rests which installs easily and I bought a second battery for ours which I would recommend to others as well. It allows you to go without fear of running out of power to return. The scooter has a spot to hold the second battery but you need to change it with the primary to use it.The folded dimensions make it easy to place in a normal car trunk under a bus in luggage area and to take with us on sightseeing tours.WE choose the Mobie over the Luggie over perceived stability enhancements in the four wheel Mobie. I have not driven a Lugie, but the Mobie is very stable and my wife loves it. She would like to have a head light ( there is none) a basket, and a horn. WE are told a basket will come soon designed for it, and we plan to get her a horn which will need to be attached and removed when we fold it or open it up.

Wonderful device
I got this used for my wife who has walking problems. We have taken it to Japan for a cruise and it is terrific. The small size fits easily into my car trunk and the light weight lets me lift it. It is zippy enough to go on tours and navigates the narrow passageways on ships easily. The only problem is that the airline untrained gorillas want to pick it up by the handlebar which will not tale the weight. I recommend that you also get the travel bag that is designed for it. It is padded and makes the handlers pick it up correctly. Regretfully the Mobie with armrests will not fit so the armrests must be disassembled to use the bag. This is a very easy operation and you only need to do it if you are shipping the Mobie via common carrier. There is plenty of room inside the bag for the armrests when disassembled. When transporting it by car, I do not use the bag and it works fine with or without the armrests.
