I used the orange granules in baking cookies. Could have used more of a kick, so next time will add more, and hopefully the orange taste will permeate the baked item more. Good, loose quality and the smell it 'there' when opening the pouch.

The orange peel granules taste great in my cranberry orange bagels. A nice citrus taste. It bakes in nicely.

I like adding a little orange zest to my morning coffee. I thought that this product would be a nice easy way to add "zest" but I guess nothing replaces the real thing. The dried product never seemed to reconstitute its taste...for my taste.
