While it is too soon to tell, yet, the actual overall health benefits of this supplement, I am VERY impressed by all of the natural ingredients and lack of synthetics. Especially as my Belgian Malinois Service Dog does not eat any kind of processed dog food, but is on a human food and raw chicken and organs diet, aside from what is legally required, as I do not want any chemicals in or on her body, this supplement is perfect. Still, as it is a change for her, I did expect a natural change in her bowel movements, even though I started with a very small amount, gradually increasing every couple of days. That was/is to be expected...and it cleared up within a few days, just as expected. While there was a change, it wasn't one that changed her regularly scheduled potty times. I love that I am in control of exactly how much or how little I add to her food. Even though I don't use the PLASTIC measuring spoon that comes with it, it is quite convenient. I bought the small bottle to try out to make sure that my dog wouldn't have a reaction to anything in it, before investing in the bigger bottle. For the amount I use for my 70 lb dog, the amount in the bottle is very comparably priced to other powders and synthetic based chewables, especially considering the ingredients in it and the health benefits from them. The only downside is that the powder comes in a PLASTIC bottle. But then every company packages their products in plastic. That was easily remedied by removing the label from the plastic bottle and putting it onto a DARK AMBER glass bottle, (which I always have plenty of on hand for such things), and pouring the contents into. I do that with every product that comes in plastic, anyways, in order to avoid micro plastic contamination from the oxidation and degradation that occurs more quickly once the seal is broken. So that part really isn't that big a deal. For those who think there isn't enough in such a tiny bottle, keep in mind that this doesn't have all of the fillers that chewables and other powders contain. It's a whole food vitamin supplement, it's not a "topper". Overall, thus far, and especially after researching the company and their history, I am very impressed and I will definitely be purchasing the bigger bottle next time... and thereafter, according to the health benefits she gets from it. I HIGHLY recommend.

Standard Process is an excellent brand. We have used several of their supplements for our Chihuahuas. They are priced Fair for quality you get. We have used the cardiac support, renal support and this whole body support with great success. We have a 17 year Chihuahua that has been using the renal support and her kidneys levels stabilized. We highly recommend it and swear by it

This supplement is great.. I've used this product for at least fifteen years .I've used this with both my dogs My Vet also approves of this. Dogs like the taste and it replaces a daily vitamin too..This has much more benefits in it than a normal vitamin.

We use this on our 10 year old Yorkie. After a couple weeks of use, there is noticable improvement in his energy and coat. He also seems to have less joint pain.

I started buying this for my Bernese Mountain Dog upon the recommendation of a holistic veterinarian. This dog has some severe environmental allergies and has been on immunotherapy for about 9 months now. As for the product itself, it is very complete in trying to cover all the bases in a general vet canine supplement. I use it in my dog's customized homecooked food. It took him a few weeks to get used to the food, but now he loves it. When the whole body support is added, it doesn't seem to change the taste of the food and my little bear is just as enthusiastic about eating his food. I believe it has been instrumental in helping to improve the condition of his skin and coat. My main complaint is the price, especially through AMAZON! Latest prices for this product in the 100 g size are running about $100. This is outrageous. When I started using it, I could get it through amazon or through my vet for between $50 and $55. It has about doubled in price in the space of 8 months or so! Why the sudden jump in price everywhere?? Don't buy this product in this size jar unless you can get it for less than $60-65. I have had to turn to other general supplements. There are several very good products out there at half the price of what this is currently selling for. I won't go back to using this unless retailers and Amazon in particular examine their prices and suppliers.
