Double check paint code
My code was right but the color was slightly dark. I was told when the paint sits in the applicator, the inside of the aluminum can slightly darken the whites. With a little creativity, buffing and applying the clear coat, almost unnoticeable.

Dried up. Not a drop of paint came out. Tip fell out. Stay away!
Pen was completely dried up. Tip fell right out and was bone dry. I was told i had to send it back at my own expense for a refund. WOW. How about just sending me a replacement that works! Pretty poor service and just made a bad experience worse. Stay away from this seller. UPDATE: Happy to report that the seller is sending me a replacement. Hopefully it works

It’s not convenient to use. The paint doesn’t come out well. I don’t understand why it can’t just be made like a bottle with a brush. The color doesn’t match the actual color of the car.

Perfect !
I needed this for small scratches on my car. I didn’t do all of it yet, but I tested a small area. It’s the exact color match for my 2016 Jetta... the color is Pure White with code LC9A. I think some ppl don’t realize that VW makes other Pure White shades. Super happy with it and it arrived within 3 days of ordering and many days ahead of the estimated shipping times.

Pen does not flow well. Paint cannot be applied smoothly.
The pen nib requires priming which ends up fraying the tip of the pen, even if done gently. Leaves a spotty, uneven rough paint finish. Only good for very small nicks and scratches.
