Simba Extra Nanocubes Bag

Excellent purchase. My 8 year old Simba pillow had lost a lot of its life and I was considering the purchase of another one, but at north of a hundred pounds for a new one I kept putting it off. After a few months of not sleeping as well as normal Id noticed these instead so thought I’d give them a go.I ordered 2 bags for £20, so I emptied my old beeds out and put the two bags in first, id say this filled it 3/4 of the way and then topped it up with some of the old ones. It’s made a huge difference and feels as good as new now. So glad I didn’t just buy a full pillow.I did notice a few reviews saying how the beads are different and that’s true depending on when you bought your pillow. They are about half the size of mine but my wife also has the same pillow, but that’s maybe only 2 years old and the beads are identical to hers. I’ve not noticed a difference and for £20 it’s like I have a whole new pillow, plus still have a bag of my old beads to top up as required.

I bought two packs of these nifty little cubes to bring a bit of firmness back to my 2 year old Simba pillow. It worked a charm and I'm now sleeping in bliss again. Bit expensive for what they are, but I would say it's worth it for the extra support.

Expensive for what it is, but if you need to top up your SIMBA Hybrid it’s a must. I only ended up using about 1/3 of the bag.

Expensive for what is essentially their offcuts... But if you have a simba pillow and need more, this is a godsend!

Like others, I found the Hybrid pillow just a bit too soft...so like others I ordered one of this refill bags. The nano cubes come in a nice Simba bag (the same Simba bag you get with the pillow!) Anyway, once inserted into the pillow, it didn't really feel different, but it did make a difference..,.not a massive difference though and I can understand why some people bought two bags.But, it is very overpriced for what is just some cut up pieces of foam. Easy to buy on line and a lot cheaper ...I suspect most of the cost of the Simba refills goes on the little bag...which you don't need as you already have the one that came with the pillow!

I've just received the foam and just want to state that it is exactly the same as the foam in the Simba hybrid pillow I've just bought. It looks the same, it's the same size, same colour and has the same properties. So if yours isn't, then send it back, because mine certainly is. It looks just like the picture.I put the cubes into the pillow and they've made it lot firmer. I bought one bag which was full and it has made a significant difference as I say.Oh and a lot of people are complaining about the price. These allow you to boost an old and fading pillow and make it like new for £10-£20, and you're not going to get a pillow this good for £20.Yes it would have been great to have had more cubes in the pillow to start with, but when I opened it, it was full, so they've done a pretty good job I think.A lot of people just seem to like complaining I think.

I have added a photo of the bag you get as nobody has posted an image yet and it's hard to know from the product description how many nanocubes you actually get. Basically they send you the bag they include with the hybrid pillow filled with nanocubes, so about 6 handfuls of Nanocubes.I thought I was going to have to return the pillow or complain to them if after spending 8 pounds on these they still didn't add sufficient support for a side-sleeper despite the pillow costing 100 pounds. But I'm happy to confirm there is a substantial difference in the firmness of the pillow after adding two extra bags. I originally felt my head sinking into the middle of the pillow as the pillow went flat, but with two extra bags of Nanocubes, there is significantly better support and I no longer find myself sinking. It makes the pillow feel more like a memory foam pillow due to the extra firmness and less like a down pillow that feels soft but lacks any neck support. It might be best to buy one bag, as it's free shipping, and see how that goes as I did find one bag did make a big difference, however, I ultimately had to order a second bag and found that two bags offered me the most ideal support.I knocked a star as I believe that, considering the premium price of the pillow, Simba should be filling up the empty bag that comes with the Hybrid Pillow instead of giving us an empty bag because the pillow is advertised for side-sleeps but just isn't suited to a side-sleeper without paying an extra 8 pounds for what is effectively an identical bag they include with the pillow but filled with Nanocubes. Fortunately it's unlikely that most people will need any more than one bag unless you want a very firm pillow that would eliminate its softness.Contrary to what some reviewers said, the Nanocubes are exactly the same size as the Nanocubes that came with the pillow. The reviewers who complained may have a much older pillow with different sized cubes that they no longer use with the more recently produced hybrid pillows as my pillow was purchased on 1st January 2023 and the cubes appear to be identically sized.
