They are springs, they work well, I used them on a 3D printing project and they have held up so far.

Will probably need to be trimmed to fit in your garden tools. Trimming requires a heavy duty wire cutter. This is very hard steel

This is exactly what I was looking for to replace a look spring and it fits better than the original from Harley

Bought this product not fully reading the description and when I got it, I realized how much compressive strength it had. It is definitely a strong spring and the dimensions are just as described, I have no complaints
