Motion Sensor LED Mailbox Light - Automatically Illuminates The Interior of Your Mailbox, When The Mailbox Door is Opened to See What is in There!

This mailbox light is awesome. Purchased it for my new Whitehall mailbox. So nice to open it at night and actually see what you're grabbing. No surprise lizards, bees, etc. It's been in use for nearly 4 months and is still bright and working perfectly.

When it’s dark out it’s nice to have some light in the mailbox so I can see my mail

I bought this specifically with Daylight Saving Time in mind. With it getting dark so early I wanted to make sure my mailman still had some light. And, of course, I wanted to make sure whenever I opened the mailbox I could give myself a fighting chance should any spiders or bugs decide to pay a visit. But going back to my mailman...I saw on my door cam that he did a triple take the first night it was installed. The next time we ran into each other he mentioned how he appreciated the light and thought it was a great idea.Installing it was super easy. AAA batteries were not included.

Easy to install. We have an aluminum mailbox and forgot it won’t magnetize to it, so we put velcro command tape on the back to hold it and it works great. That way i can take it out to change the battery when necessary. This gadget is great when getting the mail after work and it’s dark. Helps me get all my mail with out the flashlight on my phone or just freestyle and meet a wasp or spider. No thanks! Was not expensive and I am happy with the results. The light is quite bright, so it looks like daytime when opening the mailbox door. It turns off with no delay or problems, so batteries won’t burn out too quick.

So nice to go out at night and see what’s inside the mailbox before reaching into it. The mailman even came to the door and thanked me for putting it in there! Worth every penny!

I gave this 4 stars because the housing of the unit had a small crack. Other than that, the device works as expected. The light does not come on when the sun is out or in the evening before the sun goes down. This will be awesome in winter when the sun goes down by 5 PM. I hate having to reach into a dark mailbox. Now, the light comes on when I open the door and can make sure the mailbox is bug free before reaching in to get my mail.Installation was easy with the sticky pad. There was also a magnet, which wouldn't work on my mailbox. I added the 3 AAA batteries and put the back on. Then added the sticky pad. Pressed and held it to the back of the mailbox. Done!

The lights came semi charged and easy to install.We placed them under our kitchen cabinets and the light is bright and the motion sensor is great .

Easy setup and install. Insert batteries. Magnetic mount to back wall of mailbox. Done!Like the refrigerator, but only if it’s dark out, open the door and the light comes on. Close the door and it’s back off.Now, when I go to check the mailbox at night, I can see what’s there and that I get everything out without fumbling. Perfection.Bought a second unit for my brother’s box and installed it without telling him. Initially surprised when he opened the box and had light, but loves it too.
