Could i use 4 pictures

Yes. I used two for my daughter. I split my photo in half and sent it in two halves and it came back perfect. I just pieces them together on the cake as I needed twice the size but didn’t want the picture stretched out too much. I also used a Costco cake and two fitted really well on it. Hope this helps.
