Real french mustard for our restaurant
I have been using Fallot mustrds for years at my french restaurant. They are all excellent quality and fresh. The tarragon flavor in this particular one is excellent. We make a tarragon and chives aioli for our fries that customers love. The price is honest and shipment was quick and well packed. Merci.

Not what I hoped
It's a very sharp mustard with a too subtle tarragon flavor. I'd hoped for a much more prominent tarragon flavor, not so overwhelmed by the mustard.

Oh. My. God. I literally had to stop myself from continually sampling this with a spoon. Fantastic. Smooth, with strong flavor of delicate tarragon. Absolutely perfect. On my way right this instant to broil salmon coated in this ambrosia.
