Best melatonin I've used!

Let me preface this review by saying I'm a skeptic who ordinarily doesn't go in for supplements, herbal remedies or "alternative" medicine of any sort. However, melatonin's role in sleep regulation is often written about, so after a few years of stress related sleep problems (e.g., usually less than 6 hrs per night, hard to fall asleep, wake early, occasional bouts of insomnia resulting in 4-5 hr sleep nights) that were not wholly solved by other approaches, I decided to give it a try. Bought a 3 mg bottle and wow, what a change. For the past eleven months since I started taking it, I have fallen asleep faster (almost always <10 min), seldom awake in the middle of the night, and typically sleep 7-8 hours per night. And for what it's worth, I haven't experienced any vivid dreams, as another reviewer reported. I have tried three brands of 3 mg Melatonin tablets, and this brand seems to be one of the better ones in terms of potency. I'm sure everyone's experience will differ, as the underlying causes of sleep disorders can be very different, but this product has has an absolutely revolutionary impact on my sleep, restfulness and quality of life and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I like this brand, it works well for me, if I take it about 2-3 hours before bedtime. If you're an insomniac, on nights you don't feel sleepy at bedtime, you can take another right before bed. Since they are low dose, it will not be a problem. Always check with your physician before taking supplements, in case it clashes with something else you take. I'm not a doctor, but my doctor did recommend this brand and I love it.

This product is a safe and natural way to help fall asleep and stay asleep. no costly prescriptions needed with their harmful ingredients. just these tiny melt in your mouth pills with a pleasant taste. I have used other products from this brand and always been satisfied. product is vegan friendly. Comes with a screw on lid, but lid also has a flip up top for easy access.
