Easy and attractive
I really liked these self-watering pots. I love that there is a water level indicator too. You know how much water is in the pot and you don’t have the worry of overwatering. I liked that the bottom is closed so that they don’t drip as I’m watering my hanging plants.. Super easy to set up, comes with coconut coir that is easy to rehydrate. Overall, they’re pretty pots and seem effective and reasonably priced

Indicator stick gets stuck
I like the overall concept. Simple and functional. However, both of my pot's water level indicators gets stuck. I have to tap the entire pot once or twice for it to read the correct water level. Not a big deal but a little annoying.Update 8/18/2024I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund since the products are malfunctioning. I upgraded my review to 4 stars. That was very nice of them to offer a refund. I'm so glad there are still companies out there that fully back their product. Thank you.

Beautiful plant pots and makes it easier to care for plants
We travel a lot for long periods of time and our plants are still alive and look great when we return. The white pots compliment a variety of plants and look good everywhere. We use these for home, office, and as gifts. They are easy to assemble and the moss that comes with it is a bonus and looks cleaner looking than soil. The size of these pots is perfect on top of a desk or table.

I wouldn't call them self watering but I still love them!
I bought two sets of these. One in teal and one in gray. The first set I used one of the coir pucks in the bottom of each of the pots and topped with my own soil (which the seller recommends as the coir doesn't contain fertilizer). The other set I used just the coir, as I had run out of potting soil. Personally, I think I prefer the coir. It absorbs quickly but also dries a little quicker than the soil (Miracle Grow all purpose, if anyone's interested), which helps to keep the plants from sitting in soggy soil. Which is another thing that needs to be addressed. These are primarily pots with large reservoirs. They may help protect you from under watering, but they make it much easier to over water. This is why I'm not a fan of the term self watering. While I love the bottom watering feature, which can be highly beneficial when watering correctly, you need to remember it's mostly the substrate that's drawing the water up, not the plant's roots. Instead of automatically adding water when the indicator drops to the bottom, see it as a sign to start checking your "soil". If it's still moist an inch down and your plant looks fine you don't need to water just yet. Also, make sure your plant is in the correct substrate. Even though it's nice the coir comes with the pots, a succulent is probably not going to like sitting in it (I'm currently taking some Gardenix 5" pots out for a test spin with LECA for my aloe cuttings).Again, I love the bottom watering feature. It helps keep the substrate on top dryish, reducing the chance of mold and buggies. The outer pots are quite sturdy and the liners seem strong enough to do their jobs. I did have some issue putting together the indicators for one set of pots. I ended up having to sand the circumference of the top pieces a little, where they connect to the brown tubes, in order to get them to fit. The other set (along with the 5" pots) were easy peasy to put together, though.Would love to see larger pots in the future!!!!

Keeps me from killing my plants.
These pots are great for the forgetful plant parent. The reservoir allows me to go longer between waterings and bottom watering holes allow for the roots to suck up the water without getting root rot. They are lightweight and sturdy. The color fits in easily with any decor. Overall performs as expect.

Excellent value for the money!
I have 68 of these, with 6 more in the mail. Absolutely no complaints! My tropical plants are thriving and I'm a client for life!Couldn't keep up with the 100+ plants without self watering pots...These are just as good as the fancy brands, at a fraction of the cost!!!

Vendor does not respond to problems
I received two perfect planters out of three. The picture shows the liner for the third. I contacted the vendor with the info on the card enclosed in the product and received no response. I just wanted the liner to replace the broken one. Crickets!!!! No reply! I love the color and the self watering feature on the two that weren’t damaged!
