Smooth and not at all acidic. Definitely a medium roast. Just ridiculously expensive.

This was a gift for my husband. We went last year to Cartagena and bought this coffee in the store. This is specifically made in Cartagena and have a carameled sweet and little bitter. Is not a strong coffee but it is so good that we continue shopping it for special times coffee moments

Delicioso, el mejor café colombiano!

I was hoping for deeper caramel & chocolate flavors to come out of the beans but instead there was an overwhelming taste of fruit. Specifically an unidentifiable berry flavor. I purchased this coffee to make cold brew so maybe that was the problem. Needless to say, once this bag is gone I will not be purchasing another.

I bought this rather expensive brand of coffee as a treat to myself even though it was to be shared with another person. The first thing I did after opening the envelope of coffee grounds was smell it. The aroma was rich and complex. Made a small pot of brewed coffee with 18 ounces of water and three scoops of coffee, using the enclosed scoop. I found the brewed coffee to be rather strong for my taste, perhaps more suited for those who enjoy espresso. The coffee had a subtle flavor of wine, with underlying notes of some type of nut, in addition to coffee beans. The other person sharing the brewed pot of coffee stated they thought the coffee was “good” but they preferred their regular brand of coffee. So, in summary, if you are in the mood for a coffee flavor adventure, you may consider giving this brand a try.

I have never been a consistent coffee drinker but with the work from home environment as a result of Covid 19, I've become a daily drinker and have been reading and learning more about coffees. I will be the first to say I am not a coffee expert. I splurged on this coffee because I was impressed with the amount of awards and wanted to gauge how much improved a coffee in this price point would be to my palate. While the coffee was ok, I did not find it uniquely different than other brands and in fact found lesser expensive brands as good if not better. Since I'm not a coffee expert perhaps I missed something in the taste that a true coffee aficionado would recognize but for me I just didn't find this coffee to be spectacular (as I had hoped) or worth the high price point.

Our son brought us this coffee back from a visit to Columbia and we loved it! We were so excited when we found the EXACT same coffee able to be purchased through Amazon. Unfortunately it does not smell or taste near as good. In fact it has an off-putting smell. I don’t know why there is such a variation in the product, but if I would not recommend buying this through Amazon because it cannot be returned.

Conozco el café desde hace tiempo. Debo decir que este que me enviaron se siente bastante viejo. También carece de los datos que usan poner: cosecha y fecha de tueste. Sigue siendo muy rico, desde que lo probé en una de sus cafeterías se convirtió en mi favorito. Le pongo 5 estrellas esperando motivar traten de mejorar esa parte y sus bolsas. He notado que sus bolsas tienen el cierre defectuoso, es fácil que se rompa o no cierre, este que me enviaron se abre solo. Eso es indispensable de mejorar.

El café llegó un día antes de lo esperado, me vinieron unas galletas junto al café jaja, aprecie mucho ese detalle, excelente servicio

Soy colombiana y este es mi café preferido, fui muy feliz cuando supe que lo podía tener en México a través de Amazon, lo pedí y la experiencia fue genial, llega muy bien empacado y muy rápido.

Uno de los mejores cafés de Colombia. La acidez es muy relevante.
