Will this include an installation manual and all the tubings? I am new to canister filters and I want to know as much as possible before purchasing 1

Yes, though you would do well to check out some YouTube videos demonstrating the setup, as well as the steps to take to disconnect the unit from the tubes for cleaning. The manual that comes with the filter is a great start, but a little unclear at times.

Will filter work for a 100 gallon tank for my red ear slider turtle?

First, for every inch size of ONE aquatic turtle, it will need 10 gallons of water. So, if your turtle grows to an adult size of 5" it will need 50 gallons of water. Then you will want a cannister filter that will filter 100 gallons an hours or twice the amount of tank gallons. This is rule of thumb and the larger the tank, the happier the turtle. My adult So. Painted turtle is 4'' in length in a 40 gallon breeder tank, with 35 gallons of water with the Penn Plax 700 cannister filter.

What is the difference between the 1000, 1200, and 1500?

The 1000 has 265 gph flow which is rated for up to 100 gallons. The cascade 1500 has a flow rate of 315 gph and rated for 200 gallons. I would not agree with the 1500 rating as I would place 2 1000 canisters on a 200 gallon tank.

yesterday i cleaned out my filter and i put it back on but it wont suck in water from the pipe there is no pressure even after i pump it. why?

Same problem with used cascade 700. Filled filter up with water intake is filled with water by priming plus it in and nothing. I was thinking it was a bad motor but i see ppl having same issue. Just bad design. I have a fluval407 that works flawlessly. Going to keep trying
