Gifted these for Christmas and my husband loved them. Really weird and scary

This man is clearly really talented & I actually got into this series randomly when looking for manga on here. The reviews were really good & I was intrigued. I’m glad I listened because I am now obsessed, & super close to catching up with all of the books:) Highly recommend, it’s shocking & disturbing in many cases but it works so well. The drawings are phenomenal.

This manga is so beautiful, I can't believe it. As I was reading I definitely came across scenes where I felt disturbed from this abuse relationship between a mother and her son. That's one of the reasons why Shuzo Oshimi is such an amazing manga artist, his ability to make you feel so uncomfortable with simple human emotions. If you loved volume 1 then please read this.

Such a wild ride of a story! I can honestly say, this story is unlike anything I’ve ever read before.

This manga doesn’t even need words to explain the craziness in this manga . ITS SOOOO GOOOD i only got 1-2 n realize i need to grab all i want to know where this creepiness is going to take us

Holy crap I have not had a book make me cringe like this before, Freud is probably rolling in his grave at this one. Nonetheless, the overall plot is interesting. It’s especially impressive how the art’s creepiness can come from such subtle panel changes, even just a change in lip expression can reveal a character is raging internally and it makes you appreciate the details of each image more.

Without spoilers, I’ll just say it’s a good, creepy, psychological, read! I’m already hooked and I’ve never followed a series..ever!

These are fantastic so far! I have all (currently) available volumes and the odd one here or there will have a corner starting to peel up ever so slightly but that's something you sometimes anticipate when dealing with delivered packages. All in all, very pleased with my purchase and I'm loving the story! Volume 7 releases on Dec7th and I'll absolutely be getting that as well!

Sehr gute und anahgenehme Atmosphäre, bei der man nicht weiß, wie der Protagonist und auch die creep-mom weiter handeln wird. Zeichnungen sind schön und die Charaktere wirken meiner Meinung nach authentisch. Das Ende dieses Bandes war verstörend und interessant, vor allem was im Kopf des jungen(und der Mutter) jetzt wohl los ist, ist sehr eigenartig umgesetzt und lässt einen teilweise verdutzt da sitzen. Kann die Story noch nicht ganz beurteilen, da ich bis zum 2. Band nur gelesen habe.Sehr empfehlenswert!
