I am a huge fan of Kosmos products and the Injectable spices are delicious!!! This is the best Injectable spices sec9nd only to my very own special mixtures! The flavors are complex and delicious!!! You can choose to use any liquid, be it chicken stock, water, apple cider, etc! The powder last a very long time and dissolves easy and completely! My review will be the same for all four Kosmos blends as ive found all to be equally incredible quality and flavor!!! You can not go wrong buying any Kosmos product! The spice blends and rubs use the best quality spices, as do these injectables, and I am a giant fan!!!

I used Kosmos Q Smoke on a very lean brisket flat and put it in the refrigerator the night before smoking it. It not only added a great smoke flavor but helped to tenderze and keep the meat moist.

Works very well as a meat injection

We roasted a whole pig and it turned out great. We have done several pigs before but this has been our best yet and the only thing we did different was use this injection. Meat was tasty and moist and everyone was raving about how juicy it was. I will definitely use this again.

This is a must have for all chicken!

Definitely can tell the difference in flavor. Did a side by side with pulled pork and ribs. Might need to go a little higher temp if you really want the easy pull or fall of the bone but worth it! You might want to reduce the amount you mix depending on how much food you’re making but definitely will be using again! Very effective to elevate your bbq

This is the best Injection for smoking pork butt. This container is much nicer than the bag as that never seems to seal so I'm happy with purchase.
