Fitbit is Tops !
I've tried other trackers, but nothing else is as easy to set up as the Fitbit line. Do not try to save money by buying something cheap that you wont be able to use.

Worked OK
I bought this brand new original Charge 4 to replace my very old broken Charge 4 - switching to this classic Charge 4 on my Android Phone went well (I recharged the new Charge 4 when it arrived). The "overall rating" was initially only 4 stars because there are some minor issues with the Fitbit app environment, but I've finally managed to get it working OK identically to my original Charge 4. It's now perfect!

In process to get a matching replacement
My FitBit Charge 2 ¨died¨ last month. It had made me happy in every way for the four years it lasted.Great product which has kept me and my doctors very happy and up to date on my fitness!Decided to purchase the newest Charge 4 , last month., on the 25 June. Two days later days later the battery completely emptied out. Checked all the instructions, updates, stats and reset options, but no real reason.FYI- battery should last about 4 days, as I do not use any peripheral apps or gadgets. Since that time the battery has been zapped three times after 24 hours.last week Called Customer service, and the (very Professional, very empathetic) agent thoroughly checked all options and troubleshooting tricks, until he confirmed that the reset button was flawed. He sent me a return label immediately. I have returned the product, and am waiting for my new, FitBit Charge 4 replacement!Don't get me wrong! I AM A FITBIT fan! Hope that this replacement will function as excellently as my first one, for the next 4 years at least!UpdateOK ...This is 5 days after returning the product via USPS: No feed back or ack from FitBit about receiving it. I was informed that they will send me a new replacement only after they receive the flawed one. Crossing fingers... To be continued...Latest UPDATE:02 Aug, 2020...Very frustrated and disappointed! This is continuation of an exchange process that apparently has gone awry.I did receive a reply six days after my previous comments, in which I was informed that "yes" the product tracking showed it was at the last stage before arriving at the FitBit return facility. To add to the confusion FitBit emailed me a USPS return label, but in their response to my query sent me a tracking link by FEDEX..As hope ebbs on the replacement action , and the fact that I was depending on that FITBIT4 to monitor my daily pro health activities, today, after more than eight days of the stalled tracking, I have emailed FitBit the following:Hello, once again...Please advise what is happening to my return package, sent back via your direct USPS Return Label sent to me back on the 21 or 22 July...I am more than anxious at this point about my ever receiving the exchanged FitBit 4 that was agreed to and promised. Your Customer Service has the record of the report set up by that office after verifying extensively that this FitBit 4 product was flawed and had a defect in the reset button, etc.At this point I want to reconfirm that you have finally received the product in question, so you can send me a properly working one as soon as is feasible. If this is too complicated or problematic for you, I suggest the alternate solution refund my credit card for the purchased amount.Truly, I have never had such a delay and problems with any exchanges or returns with direct vendors, much less Amazon ones. Usually once the Postal service or courier reconfirms that they have processed the return label code, the vendor immediately initiates the mailing of the replacement product, or simply refunds the customer.I have reverified all delivery tracking this morning, like every morning since I sent the FitBit4 back, but since the 25 or 26 July the tracking information seems to stop at the last stage in California. I can send you a screen shot if you have no way of seeing the information I just wrote about.I am kindly requesting that you respond with a solution ASAP:Thank you.It is 10:59 am CST 02 Aug, 2020

Love my fitbit!
Love this product!! I was of the opinion that I didn't need one of these, didn't need to jump on the Fitbit fad. I have an iphone and try to always keep it on me and track my steps and log my cycling. I have for years, and it's cool to see my annual step count go up steadily over the last 4 years. I got the Fitbit because someone told me about the sleep function and at the time I was having spells of sleepless nights. I am SO glad I did, it's awesome I love it!! I love getting to 10,000 steps a day and the little motivational buzz when you get there - you just want to throw your hands in the air and congratulate yourself, everyday! I've also had some weeks where I hit 100,000 steps, which is AWESOME! I'm not a die hard exerciser or gym rat or anything, but I love walking/hiking and cycling. It very much meets my need!! The sleep tracker is cool too, however it's not 100% accurate. It seems okay at night, but if I wake up at say 5:30am and lay in bed for another 30 min - it still tracks that extra 30 min as sleep. Or if my toddler wakes me up at 2am, then I can't fall back asleep for an hour - it still tracks that hour as sleep. It's still cool and I like the sleep function, but with a grain of salt. This happens regardless of if I adjust the sleep sensitivity setting or the tightness of the band. All in all, highly recommend this product!!

After a couple of weeks now- I'm really happy.
replaced my fitbit 3 that was starting to have issues after 2 years. The good thing here is that this will use all of my bands for the 3, just not the charger. It is accurate as far as i can tell- it gives very similar numbers to my 3. It goes forever on a single charge and it does well with all of the functions. the gps is fairly accurate but- yes -turn it off when not needing it specifically. The only issue i have is that i have only been able to get it to sync on one of my windows devices a couple of times ( I have a pc and table, not phone with windows 10. with or without (plain bluetooth) the fitbit dongle). still it is a great device and I have been a slave to these things for more than 4 years. However it keeps me honest and in check. great device and your health is worth the cost.EDIT- it now will sync with my windows devices a bit better. as with most things these days, there is some magic sequence that you have to do things with to get the planets to align to get that first recognition. Just the right combination. I know I did remove and reinstall the app on one device and of course - no other device can be close. I also had to get rid of the fitbit dongle and use normal bluetooth and do windows pairing and repair. Just keep trying.

Great activity watch, poor band design and durability
I have used fitbits for years.; been very happy with them. But recently a band broke and I could not even release the old band from the watch since congealed sweat had "glued" the band to the watch. I tried everything. Including soaking in vinegar. Nothing worked so I had to order another watch even though my prior watch was still perfectly good. Recommend removing your band periodically and cleaning out the release mechanism. Then on my new watch the band clasp broke within a month. Really? Am ordering a 3rd party replacement for the band.. I found the Fitbit brand bands to be undesirable.
