Great product. Heats up quickly and stays hot for HOURS (10+). Adhesive is good for sticking on clothing too. Definitely comparable to Cura-Heat or other big brand names which can be 3x the price. Same size as the Cura-Heat back patches too. I have also removed one while hot, left it sitting overnight so it goes completely cold/inactive, then stuck it back on the next day and it heats up again! Doesn't last long on the second day but good to know. When they die, they go like gravel pieces inside the plastic so it's clear they're inactive. Would recommend to people.

It was with hesitation that I ordered 40 of these body warmers. SO pleased I did as they work just as described, giving relief to sore tense muscles caused by fibromyalgia. Other benefits for those who suffer with the cold as they do help to warm the body generally & can be removed from one area & put in another area as the heat lasts for many hours. MUST be put on an article of clothing NOT next to the skin as they do generate quite a good amount of heat. NOT to be used at night either. So all in all a great buy, well worth the outlay if needed often as buying in smaller amounts is more costly in the long run. There is a long date on them too , bought December 24 - expiry date Sept 2028.

The price is low , and it sticks well to clothes. But it only lasts few 6 hours. It will depend on humidity and air access for the pads. Less humidity and thicker clothes might help to prolonge the pads life. Keep in mind they are quite heavy to carry spares. Upon my initial review, seller offered refund which is very nice 👍 maybe I got defective batch. Stay warm friends

Great value for a pack this size and they warm up fast and last for hours

Very disappointed with this product because after a pad is applied to the problem area, less than 30 minutes later my skin started to itch to such an extent that I have to drag the patch from my skin causing inflammation and lot of sawness and developed spots. I reason why the distributor sells 40 pads in a pack at a lower price than their competitors is because thier product is rubbish. I had to purchase ten Cura Heat pads at virtually the same price because the Bramble pads gave no pain relief and left me scratching my skin. One Cura heat pad when I applied to my the effected area solved my muscular pain without any itching.

My daughter uses heat pads for pain in her back but never used these before. They are very warm and last all day. Great product.

Very good quality I always put one or two in my bag when I am outside. When I wore them outside maybe it will get too hot but when I work outside sometimes I have to wear two I didn't use it for pain relief only for Confort when it's cold but it's perfect to have it always at hand as it is very functional

Lo recomiendo para dolores y para el frío. Muy efectivo. Por lo menos dura 10h el calor.

Die Wärmepflaster habe ich bereits für verschiedene Gegebenheiten nutzen können. Plastikverpackungen um jedes einzelne Pflaster schützen sie vor vorzeitiger Aktivierung. Pflaster rausnehmen, schütteln, Trägerfolie abziehen und aufkleben. Dann heißt es ein wenig geduldig sein (circa 10-20 Minuten) und anschließend wird es warm (tatsächlich bis zu 14 Stunden). Die Wärme spürt man übrigens wesentlich besser, wenn enganliegende Kleidung gewählt wird. Sowohl im Schulter, als auch im Unterleibsbereich sind die Pflaster nützlich. Muskeln können sich durch die Wärme besser entspannen und dadurch lockern sich schmerzhafte Verspannungen. Wenn wenig Bewegung im Trägerbereich ist, dann hält das Pflaster problemlos. Bei viel Bewegung lösen sich die Pflaster häufiger von den Textilien. Auch nachts habe ich die Pflaster getragen (keine Verbrennung), obwohl ich hier Vorsicht walten lassen würde, sofern dauerhaft Druck durch Körper und Matratze entsteht. Im Großen und Ganzen wesentlich handlicher als Wärmflaschen oder Körnerkissen, also im Alltag hervorragend geeignet.
