As expected. Long enough to keep neck covered but still pull up over face when needed; light weight enough to pull up over nose and mouth and easily breath through when winter running. Loose enough so I don’t feel strangled. Soft/wicking fabric/dries quickly

Ordered this hoping it would work to cover my face when I go out (due to Covid19), but it is not tight enough to stay up very well on its own. I am still keeping it and will just have to use a clip or something to hold it it place. It is pretty soft, and a thin breathable material which is a plus, and will work for several other functions when it’s colder out. Overall a little pricey for what I needed it to be, but not much of a choice with all other face masks being on backorder or out of stock.

I was thinking this would be a little thicker and warmer. Light and breathable isn't a bad thing... but not what I was looking for. Also, I see in the listing here now that it's supposed to be hand washed. It doesn't say that on the tag and I washed it - DO NOT PUT THIS IN THE WASHER/DRYER. The fibers got all messed up that it doesn't have the same look anymore and now it's scratchy against my face and stretched out so that it doesn't stay put on my head. Won't be wearing it anymore... very sad. :(

I was looking for a neck warmer that I could wear indoors and outdoors without dangly/bulky ends of a scarf. I wanted something that didn't flop down on my neck (that is, something with a bit more thickness/fullness to cover my whole neck area). This item is much thinner than I anticipated (you can see light thru it, and it is called 'lightweight') but it 's 22 inches long so it does provide nice coverage. The print is only on one side, but it's not a big deal with this specific darker color. The opening is not tight, and not too loose (9.5 inches) (it will not stay on my nose if I try to use it as a 'face mask', but I do not intend to use it for that purpose). Happy with this purchase, and will keep. I do not plan on using it any other configuration other than a neck warmer, but pleased to have options, if needed. For this specific print, there are two1.25 inch black stripes that runs down the gaiter on opposite sides.

Love my Buff to use while hiking and running as a face mask when passing people on the trails. It also works awesome on hot summer days for sun protection. It also wicks moisture. I took it on a 16 mile trail run through the mountains last weekend and it worked amazing and I felt it kept my neck cooler. Also just use it going to store as a face mask. I am usually always wearing a hat so it easily makes a face mask. $35 is kinda expensive for this product though

Bought this for running in the time of covid.Unless I wear this hijab-style, I can only get about 25 minutes of running out of this before it gets too sweaty/stretched out to stay on my face.I thought I had a normal sized head - maybe I don't.Very easy to breathe in and washes well but idk how useful it is as a face cover if it won't stay up on its own after a moderate workout.

This buff multi functional headwear was made of a low quality material compared to my previously purchased merino wool directly from Buff.com. Both edges of the fabric has stitching and a fabric care tag which both caused skin irritation. The fabric became loose and stretched out after first wash. I was very uncomfortable when I ran using this buff as a face shield due to material causing itchiness and it feels like a poor quality fabric. Overall, I was very disappointed with this item sold from amazon. I have processed a return.

I love the feel of the fabric, and the print is beautiful. It's nice and lightweight.I wear a size XS or S in hats. This scarf is too loose for me to wear as a mask because it slips down. I like it though, so I will probably "take it in" with my sewing machine.

Como decía que era de lana yo pensaba que estaba más gruesa, pero tiene la misma consistencia que un buff normal, nada más que poca un poquito, pero si calienta. Si te tapas toda la cara con ella ves a través de la tela, para una idea del grosor.

exactly as advertised and fits great. I love this product but I do have two complaints. its a little big. I wish it was just a little tighter I'm afraid after many uses it will stretch out and be two loose. second its the lightweight version but I still find it very warm. I find my head getting a little too hot when wearing it as a headband in the spring. overall it is a great product and worth the price tag.

I wear this for every winter run. I love its versatility as it allows we to start off warm and adjust as I heat up during a run. When I head out I wear it like a balaclava and then pull it down to a neck warmer once I get warm. If I overestimate the cold it is easy to take off and wrap on wrist. The fabric is super breathable and light but also keeps you warm. I love it and would never go back to running without one.

Seems to be very well made, very soft and stretchy. Used mine for turkey hunting this year. Far to thin to be an effective covid mask but big enough you can triple layer it and at least have some protection from spreading your own germs

This is very cute and I wash and wear it often; however, it’s now stretched out so much it barely stays on my head. The plus side is that there’s nothing but merino wool in it. Would have returned had I known it would lose its shape as fast as it did
