False advertising, they state 60cm loop on pictures, that is actually the circumference so really short. Returned no use to me whatsoever

Very stretchy resistance bands. Excellent set for an entry level. They feel very comfortable when used, but I wish they were a bit longer.They feel very resistant tho and each level is well identified and marked by colours and dots on one side of the band.Very nice the little bag to carry them if exercise outside as well.

I have no garden and little space to exercise inside my flat so these have been great!I've used them when doing both on the spot intense workout routines and then laying and sitting on the couch. The different strength levels are very helpful when determining your level.

This is the first time I've used bands and I am rehabbing a wrist injury. The bands all have a light, medium and heavy strength on each one and are colour coded. The light is too light for my wrist but there is something for everyone. Price wise/quality so far it seems like a good buy.

Good addition to my home gym equipment - I only really use the ones with the strongest resistanceWould be good for beginners

They are ok.Look like the pictures.Just not strong enough at all to get any decent resistance.I took a risk during lockdown because all others had been sold out.They are ok for maybe elderly to help with motor movement.But as someone who enjoys resistance training it's a no from me.

You get what you pay for. Not a premium quality product by any means, but effective for basics and can be doubled up for added resistance.
