Like a lot of others, was trying to get some clippers for a home haircut on lockdown. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, I found that these clippers a) didn't cut, and b) are potentially dangerous.I've requested a refund, but suspect that might be a pointless exercise. My main concern though (like one of the other reviewers) are that these clippers start to get quite hot after only a few minutes use, so I think there might be a fundamental build issue hereI've only had to return a couple of items to Amazon in the last decade, and the reviews normally act as a decent guide to quality. Please heed this warning though and avoid this product.Amazon/Mr Bezos, bit surprised you let this one through the net!

WARNING - Do not buy. Extremely poor quality and fire hazard. Unit gets extremely hot after short use and you can smell electrical burning coming from case. After closer inspection i noticed the sticker on the back saying ‘10 min rated’. Struggled to trim hair without snagging.Scissors are more of a kids toy / joke set - unable to cut anything.The best thing you’ll have done today is not buy this product - very disappointed and took forever to arrive.

Good product.Long time being delivered but it done the job efficiently.Quite good value.

Absolute rubbish, took me over 2 hours to cut my hair and my whole head hurt because it did more pulling than actual cutting. Gets hot very quick and smells like burning. Can’t argue with value for money though since I got it for NOTHING.
