I have use since i was a little girl that's 40 plus years. Best form of protein light no calories , sugar or milk or whey. Does not have any flavor so you can add to anything.

Awful taste nobody in my house would take it!, Will look for something with a flavor if I ever get it again.

I remember my mom giving this to my siblings and me when we were in school. It was always given around exam time to perk us up and help us to study. It worked then so, 20 years later, when she was feeling low energy and run down and requested it I just had to find it for her. This product did no disappoint. She was bright eyed and bushy tailed once again after taking it.

Reminds me of back in the day growing up in the upper part of Manhattan during my youth when I would drink some every morning...... And twice on Saturday when no would " sneak " an extra cup ! 😉

Bit expensive but very good for you ,an worth it, been having it for years on an of , and I’m now eighty years old, wish they still did it in jars, it can get damaged in transit in packaging, but all ok at the moment, many thanks amazon

Good price but box was damaged on arrival.
