Is very sturdy. I would definitely buy it again
I use this aerobic step as a platform to stand on when I am working in the kitchen rolling dough. It has the possibility of three different heights. Since I am 5 ft tall I need a little height for pressing on the counter top. It gives me just enough height. It. Is very sturdy. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this for my wife to get in and out of bed. Most of the aids sold are too high for her. This works perfectly.

Less expensive option
It's less expensive than most steps, and you can tell that its quality is not a good as more expense steps. It's quite petite, too. But my wife likes it a lot and it's held up well.

This item worked great as a bed stool for my elderly mother
This item worked great as a bed stool for my elderly mother. She was having a hard time getting into her bed, this step platform works perfectly, it's both wide and long enough to reduce possible hazard of stepping off.
