Excellent, works exactly as described first time.
Excellent. Arrived on time and works exactly as described. It does say that you cannot use the switch with a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard but I got it to work fine with my Logitech MXKeys keyboard and mouse using the dongles that were supplied with them. The switch has 2 USB ports for using a wired mouse and keyboard and you just push the dongles into these. Job's a good 'un!

Simply didn't work
This KVM switch didn't quite perform as it should. One of my 4k screens keep losing connection (irregularly, but often enough - at least multiple times an hour) while my keyboard droped keystrokes every other sentence I type - I had to plug it to the "general" USB ports for it to work. Similarly for my wireless mouse I had to plug the dongle into a general port for it to work with some consistency. There is also no obvious way to turn off the very loud beep whenever you switch, the only ways being some keystroke combination that involves the scroll lock key, which my keyboard unfortunately doesn't have - and the only way to switch to another key combination requires the use of, again, the scroll lock key... That said, this was a minor inconvenience compared with the problems above.Additionally, the remote is not a dedicated design for the model, leaving a few buttons unspecified. It could have been compatibility issues with my display card / ports etc., but the bottom line is that it didn't work well enough, and I can't find enough information to work out why it didn't work.I bought this as an upgrade to a much cheaper KVM switch, which had its own problems. At this price (£260 when I bought it), I expected it to work smoothly out of the box. I would have returned it had I not got rid of them prematurely. This is now a very expensive paperweight!

Doesnt deliver 4K - at most 1080P
Doesnt work as advertised. I have a Lenovo Legion with a GeForce RTX 5060 with 3 display ports and one hdmi port. WIth my GPUI connected directly to my Asus PA279CRV 4K monitor, I get a beautiful 4k display at 60hz.With this KVM, I get a blurry 1080p desktop. I just spent the last 4 hours troubleshooting this piece of codswallop. Even Chatgpt told me to either return it or bin it, it wasnt worth it.

Perfect for my needs
This is exactly what I wanted. I have a PC with twin HDMI outputs, and a laptop, for which I have a docking station with one HDMI output and two DisplayPort outputs.Using this device I’ve been able to share both of my HDMI monitors with the laptop and the desktop, thus removing the need to have two keyboards and two mice.

Product doesn't work as advertised and is faulty out of the box.
The item drops monitors on a regular basis and then fails to find then until you power cycle the KVM. Sometimes this does not work without unplugging the HDMI cables. The item says it supports 2.4 G wireless, even with a supported Logitech device, the mouse would not work when using 2 PC to each monitor mode. The interface isn't the most intuitive, I got it working but it is not as straight forward as my older KVM.I am now returning the item as faulty.

Windows/Mac still detects other monitors after KVM switching
I bought the KVM switch, Dual Monitor HKS0202A2U-UKBK, about 4 months ago. I use it with a Mac Pro and a Windows Laptop (Elitebook) connected to 2 extra monitors. It is a good piece of tech, with some teething issues.I love the fact that it comes with a tiny remote control to quickly switch between and if you don't want to use a remote, there are buttons on the KVM box to easily navigate between. It is quite small and quite a slick design that can easily fit on a small desk.I use it with a Mac Book Pro and a Windows (Elitebook) Laptop connected to two external monitors.Pros:- As for the mouse, I bought a Logitech mouse, which I connected using a dedicated mouse port and USB and it works fine on both Mac and Elitebook.- Speakers and Headsets are connecting fine, I've never had any issues with the soundChallenges I face when using it are with the keyboard and monitors.- I use the Mac Magic keyboard, only because I am using a variety of OS systems (Windows, Linux and Mac) and it is best suited for what I need. I tried connecting the keyboard using Bluetooth, but I am having issues connecting it to Elitebook and Mac at the same time, so I am using a dedicated keyboard port to connect the keyboard using a wire. Which is working fine, but adds another cable to a desk I was hoping to avoid.- A BIG issue for me when switching from one laptop to another is that the Windows and Mac still detect other monitors after KVM switching. This is very annoying as if you have left an app or a browser open on any of the monitors you won't be able to view those on the laptop that is not using a KVM. Unless you disconnect the laptop from KVM switch, only then the laptop stops detecting other monitors. I use both laptops interchangeably for work, so it is vital I can quickly navigate and check on processes running on 2nd laptop while working on another using KVM switch to connect to monitors. After only 4 months of using the KVM switch the dedicated mouse and keyboard ports stopped working for me, which is an inconvenience. Luckily there are 2 extra USB3.0. ports, so I was able to make use of those. I am not sure how the customer service is, as I just reported it, so an update is pending the outcome.
