Beautiful jewelry for the kitchen
This faucet was used for the installation of new sink and counters. The salesman/ designer recommended it. It looks great, operates easily, blends temps well. The only think I wish now, after the fact, was that I had asked the plumber to remove a flow restrictor, if possible. It does seem to full a big pot rather slowly, though the stream is strong.

The faucet was easy to install and works as expected
The faucet was easy to install and works as expected. I was glad to see that Hansgrohe has you tube videos that demonstrate the installation. Also, the faucet is a good design that is pleasing to the eye.

Spray works fine, but the steady dense water flow setting is ...
The only problem with this faucet is the LACK OF TRUE AERATION, which at cost of $250.00 plus is a ridiculous oversight of the engineers. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Spray works fine, but the steady dense water flow setting is problematic, requiring extreme deligence upon usage. Remediate with lower water flow, but easier said than done, because the spray will not work if too low. Hence practice, practice, practice. Certainly, pleasing to the eye.

This kitchen faucet is a Winner!!
This kitchen faucet is a Winner!! I read the mixed reviews and had reservations but decided to pick up the discounted ($80) from my local big box discounted retailer. The lack of aerator and high pressure jet others complained about was a real concern. My wife wanted a chrome faucet but I convinced her the brush stainless steel look matched many of the appliances and the sink. If you have done any DIY you will have no problem installing this, just a couple of spanners and screw drivers are needed. You may spend more time removing the old faucet, as I did. It hasnt been mentioned before - there is a small red tool which you will need to use to remove the aerator, yes it has one, so you can periodically clean it and remove any limescale build up. This is also described in pictures in the manual. I will agree with others the water stream doesn't seem to have a lot of air mixed in, however when you reduce the flow rate you will see lots of air in the stream. the beauty of this faucet is the fine control you have over the stream. If you are in parched California this is vital as you can dial back the flow rate to get the job done without wasting water. I hope other Californians head out and pick one up or get one from Amazon and help get us through the drought.

Warning: This faucet is NOT aerated!
I actually bought this at Costco but wanted to share my review here anyway because of how disappointed I was. I was excited after spending a long time removing my old sink and faucet and installing the new one. We bought the Hansgrohe Cento faucet because it looked nice. Unfortunately after we started using it, we realized the water is not aerated! What that means is the water comes out strong and splashed everywhere. Yes, you can pull the faucet closer to the dishes but it only minimizes the splashing and even then it's still significantly more than our old faucet and you shouldn't have to do this anyway. The image on the box makes it look like it should be aerated and even the product description states: "As Hansgrohe has fitted its faucet aerators with flexible silicon nozzles, dirt and limescale can be rubbed off easily". I called Hansgrohe's customer service this morning and asked about this and the customer service rep simply said "Sir, this faucet is not aerated." I would recommend to look elsewhere.
