I like it because it is sublingual. The taste is not bad and not good. Just kind of tasteless, but it gets in the system faster and does make a difference. So many of my supplements are white capsules and it is a nightmare trying to figure out which is what. I take 2 of these a day AM and Noon, and I can tell a difference if I miss one. it was prescribed by my integrative doctor. I feel better when I take them.

This the first time that I bought a sublingual product. This product was highly recommended by a renowned psychiatrist and a distinguished nutritionist. It was to be used by my wife who is in high anxiety during her mental health treatment. After 20+ minutes, the tablet did not dissolve sublingually. It was still hard and totally non dissolvable. I tested a second tablet and got the same result. Totally, non dissolvable! I contacted the QC Manager of the manufacturer. I was informed that if this product does not dissolve within 1 to 2 minutes, it is most likely near its expiration date and/or it was not stored properly at Amazon's point of distribution. I asked Amazon for a replacement bottle but with a different expiration date. I received the replacement bottle the next day. However, it had exactly the same batch number and expiration date imprinted on the carton as the one that didn't work the previous day. Shame on Amazon. Needless to say, I got the same result. NON DISSOLVABLEI I didn't expect it to be any different and it wasn't. A word of CAUTION to anyone purchasing sublingual products, from any retailer. Before you use it, check the expiration date and test the product yourself if you can; before it is given to someone who really needs it. A non dissolvable sublingual pill for reducing stress and/or anxiety can lead to MORE ANXIETY! UPDATE! New product from the manufacturer. Recently, I obtained a bottle of product directly from the company, Superior Source. The expiration date was good this time. I followed their printed directions as I had done previously with the bottles supplied by Amazon. However, the unexpired tablets I tried behaved similarly to the ones I purchased previously from Amazon. I APOLOGIZE AMAZON! It was not your storage procedures that the tablets did not dissolve instantly, as suggested by the QC Manager of this company. Their tablets just don't dissolve instantly under the tongue. When I purchase a product and read the printed information on the package, I believe the advertising until I try the product. I assume that when the package says "Instant dissolve tablets", that the labeling is truthful, and the product contained in the package confirms that statement. In this case, it does not! The printed statement on their package is very misleading!

You'll need to crush tablet with your front teeth to get it to dissolve. Otherwise, I find it more effective that capsules.
