Delicious, just rare!

Too delicious for how few there are
If I had one complaint about these cookies, it would be that the box is just too small. There's only about 8 cookies in the box and while they are decently large cookies, they're so delicious I could easily see myself eating the entire box in one sitting if I didn't restrain myself. I was worried the chai flavor might be a little overwhelming for a shortbread cookie but the flavors are balanced perfectly.

Cookies arrived broken. They should have had bubble wrap around them to protect them in transit. I returned the cookies, which I've had before and were delicious.

These Cookies Are Not Cheap
Cookies came delivered all broken. Wrapped poorly & probably thrown around too The cookies themselves taste good but don't order unless you don't care about them being broken

Pretty expensive for a box of crumbs!
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. These came in a box that was smashed, and every single cookie was also obliterated. Not to mention, you can't return or replace these, so I guess I'll have to eat them with a spoon....? PLUS, THEY DON'T TASTE LIKE CHAI, WHATSOEVER. Maybe a ginger snap at best. Blah. Won't be buying again, and don't recommend it.

Good shortbread, not a lot of chai
The cookies were a wonderful shortbread but didn't have much, if any, chai flavor to them. I also felt like the number of cookies for the price was a little high based on the lack of chai flavor in the cookie.
