Received the mop did not have instructions and some screws were missing from the bottom. They sent me the instructions, my husband bought some screws at home Depot for it. I love the mop, works great, steer is nice for clothes.

It meant my expectations and is easy to use

Tinger Shop sent this and took two weeks to credit my card after we returned it. The handle is nothing but hollow plastic tube. The front of the head raises up on the back stroke and the pad (attached only by Velcro) easily comes off on the forward stroke. To help prevent that, I had to bend over with my head near my knees in order to use this mop. I could use it better by a side to side sweeping motion, but I could see the plastic handle bending as I did that. The electric cord was less than ten feet long, necessitating using an extension cord.

Putting it together I thought that this probably wouldn't work for too long based on its flimsiness. Worked for 10 seconds and stopped. No disappointment there. Trying a second time it longer produced steam. Water simply pours out from bottom. Claims cord is 6M long. It is actually half that. At least the manual is very thorough. All around a very disappointing product.

This product sucks! I had one of these are few years ago and it worked well but eventually it needed to be replaced so I bought this one which is supposed to be the same as the one I had before. It is the same but the quality is way down! Plus I only used it twice and on the second try is would not make steam anymore.!

A must to do quick and thorough cleaning , I use it once a week on the floors and carpets and feel my place is CLEAN! I have used it in cleaning the stove top, the oven, it is very lightweight and easy to stove away.

This one was ackward and broke a lot quicker than the one I had for years prior
