I rarely write reviews but feel I need to for these. Stop researching and just buy these ones. 3 half marathons with numerous shorter runs, no issues with them coming off even with a completely soaked shirt. Use a mirror to get them centered when applying, make sure skin is dry, press them all around to make sure it’s a good seal, and you’ll forget about them until your post run shower and realize you forgot to take them off. They just work.

I tried a half dozen solutions to protect my sensitive yet manly nipples from the brutal chafing of long runs before I found NipStrips. I tried different fabric shirts, medical tape, preventative bandaids, even squares of KT tape but they all failed me by about 8 miles in. I finally got smart and ordered these and lemme tell you - they've made a world of difference. There's nothing that deflates the sense of victory of beating a personal best long run like 1) severe nipple-related pain and 2) figuring out all those weird looks are because it looks like you've been breast feeding Dracula. I'm running half-marathons now with training plans for a full and thanks to NipStrips I'm doing so chafe free and with a big old smile on my face. I have eczema that can, for whatever reason, get pretty bad around my nipples. I also sweat a lot when I run. I’ve tried using Vaseline and any run above like 5 miles and it is only sorta effective at stopping chaffing. Band aids work, but when I start sweating they come loose sometimes. I can say that these strips really do work well. I’ve run a half marathon in them, while sweating like crazy in the Texas heat, and they didn’t come loose at all! I always do every big run in them, and never had an issue. They are a god send. Taking them off kinda sucks, but it’s better than band aids or tape for sure. Overall, if you’re looking for a solid way to stop nipple chafing then look no further.

I’m training for my first half marathon and these fixed the nipple chafing immediately. Once my runs hit around 7-8 miles, I started experiencing nipple pain post-run (especially in the shower). This really surprised me as I wear a well fitting bra and I’m a member of the itty bitty club. These fixed the problem, I’ve never had an issue again. They stay put even in extreme sweat, don’t fall off or move either. Taking them off thankfully also doesn’t hurt. I’m surprised to see some recent reviews saying that they don’t stay. I ordered mine in August 2023. I hope they haven’t changed the product since then, because now they are a requirement for every long run.

This is an amazing product that eliminates nipple chafing while running. After a 10 mile run the other day, I forgot I had them on and only realized it while in the shower. I removed them and stuck them to the shower wall. Of course, I forgot that I did that until it was time to run the next day. I removed them from the wall slapped them on my nips and headed out the door. Adhesion was great, even on the second use. Pros: -Stays in place (on long, sweaty runs and even in the rain) -Reusable -Comfortable -Eliminates chafing Cons: -None

They work great

To be honest, you'd be better off using bandaids unless your nipples are tiny. These are too small for anyone with average-sizes nipples and above, and the sticky coating is genuinely terrible.

These work. They’re easy to put on and take off and they’ve stayed in place through every run I’ve ever used them for. What else could you ask for?
