This comes as a two pack. Each draft stopping strip is about 37 inches long. These are made of silicon and can be trimmed with a knife or strong scissors. Each has a pre-applied adhesive that is quite strong. The adhesive is covered with a red covering strip that you peel back. From the cut cross section photo, you can see that there some hollow dead air space built into these strips. I was able to measure, cut, and then apply a strip to my door in less than 15 minutes. Each strip comes with a packet of 5 tacks that you can use to apply additional holding power on each strip. The adhesive is so strong that I only used two tacks total. These do the job of blocking wind entering under the door. I'm very satisfied. Because these are made of a flexible silicon, not a rigid hard rubber/vinyl, they do not install in a perfect line. Each of mine, after installation show some waving. If appearances are very important to you, then you might be better with a rubber/vinyl product that is mounted on a rigid piece of metal that allow exact placement.

I’m very pleased with this! It made a noticeable difference in the draft coming from the bottom of our storm door. The adhesive is super sticky so it won’t be falling off any time soon. Super easy to install and I was able to cut to fit with plain old scissors.

Product itself is great. Adhesive is awful but nothing a little glue won’t fix. I found a roll of the tape you use to stick up window covers and will try that.

While this is a really easy product to install it removes part of your door color/ overlay off when you remove it. Otherwise it has worked great. There was a 1 inch gap between door and floor after carpet removal leaving plenty of space for loud sound to travel into other rooms that also had gaps. I installed the strips to each door and the sound became low and muffled as well as blocking out light from hall or other bedrooms at night. It has been on over a month and working great and very well adhered. Unfortunately the one room that has to have her tv on sound level 95 all day and half the night, I did not get the strip on straight or with complete coverage so today I decided to remove it and add a fresh strip… that’s when I discovered that the grip adhesive really does it’s job and brings part of the color/panel with it. So do it right the first time and you should be set. Lower stars simply because once applied it is not meant to be removed or causes damage when you do remove. ( used on standard light brown hollow house doors)

Definitely ended up working on a different area than what I purchased it for. I should have done my due diligence in reading the details better so I would have known the lengths of the strips however they ended up working out beautifully for my purposes. It absolutely does have an insulation effect and has cut down the air flow considerably and the fit is great. Just follow the directions.

Doesn't stick well. I must add a comment, that Mr. Rice fully refunded the cost of the item WITHOUT my request. He further indicated that they will work to improve their product. I sincerely appreciate he VERY professional response to my initial poor rating.
