These work great! I now know all the places I’ve been missing when brushing. This should be a must do experience at the dentists office. We all miss so many spots, and never know our entire lives. Be careful because the dye is strong so it may stain your sink or clothes, just have the water running and rinse it out quickly as you spit it out to avoid staining sink. But yea a 30 second swish in your mouth and all the plaque and buildup gets colored for you to see and focus on better when brushing teeth.

Have a bunch of kids? Just do it yourself. Yeah, I missed some spots but they are light purple. They will realize you caught them in (another) lie, laugh, then rebrush their teeth. But, it won't end there. Because they now know you've got some witchy magic lie-proof stuff happening. "Boys, when you're done with your showers, come down here and let me spray the "dirt-find" spray on your bodies and "grease find" spray on your hair- just to make sure we didn't miss anything". Five minute showers have now turned into 20 minutes. You're welcome. My 21 month old loves baths and brushing her teeth and I get treated like a bad mom when I ask my 8/10 year old boys to. Yes, I'm salty.

My kids have been begging me for these after seeing them on YouTube and I finally caved and bought them. I will admit they’ve been brushing better using them and I’ve gotten compliment from the dentist and orthodontist (12 year old just got braces) on my kids teeth this last round of cleaning. These are definitely worth the money if only to get kids to brush better and twice a day.

These disclosing tablets do what they’re supposed to — they show where plaque is by staining it, so you can see spots you might miss when brushing. They’re easy to use and a useful reminder to clean thoroughly. That said, the color contrast isn’t super dramatic for me, so it’s a bit subtle and not always obvious where plaque is. Good for occasional use to check your brushing, but it didn’t reveal any shocking hidden areas. Overall okay, just not a big “wow” moment.

I’ve been wanting to try these ever since my last dental appointment. I was very reluctant about the brand. First, I didn’t have any bad reaction. I would sample on one tooth to be safe. Second, it tastes SWEET! Like a flinstone vitamins texture. Finally, I disposed the excess in the toilet/trash instead of the sink bc of the reviews. But even after brushing my teeth there were no stains at all. It brushed right off. The only thing that lingered was the purple on my tongue but it’s really faint. Nothing on my lips (I’m tanned complexion) Excited to make my family members try it so I can laugh in their faces lol.

I tried this for myself before I gave it to my kids and Am I glad I did. The amount of blue that came out of my mouth was unbelievable... I can't even imagine my kids getting all the blue out at one time even rinsing their mouth. I brushed and brushed and brushed ruining my toothbrush it was completely blue after all that and I'm still spitting blue. The tablets came with no packaging just plastic wrapping, and there were no instructions whatsoever. Worse yet, there are no returns available for this product. Does it highlight tartar on your kids teeth? I'll never know because there's no way I'm letting my kids try these.

We've been avoiding the dentist during Coronavirus. Not wanting to end up with a family full of cavity holders, we gave these plaque disclosing tablets a whirl. They seem to work just as you would expect them to work. I and my 5-year-old tried them tonight. Chew it up, swish it around, spit it out. Look at your disgusting purple mouth. And then brush. And then brush again. And then possibly brush again. When your teeth no longer have yucky pink or purple spots on them, then you can stop brushing. As other reviewers have noted, this stuff is messy. My 5-year-old got splatters of it everywhere. But the stains came right off with a magic sponge, so all is well.
