I truly mean this is an excellent purchase. The product is the quality of a new machine and I have been using it often with no problems. I am going to purchase another machine but only from this seller because you won't find the quality of product or service elsewhere. Ic

This is the third used DVR I have ordered from Amazon and TEKling is the king of orders. First, the item came doubled boxed. Every part was enclosed in plastic and looked practically new. TEKling also included a USB cord as well as an AV to HDMI adapter if you want to connect the DVR to an older TV. WHO DOES THAT!!!!!!!. The seller also sent connections instructions with a help tel.# if needed. These actions are in direct contrast to my interaction to a seller named Remix LLC who sent me a cheaper version of the DVR I ordered, essentially cheating me out of money, and had such a complicated return policy that I wound up with someone who agreed to pay for the DVR instead of my sending it back. Again losing more money in that transaction. In conclusion, due to the excellent quality of this DVR and with TEKling's outstanding customer service GO WITH TEKling!!!!!!!!!!! Note: As this DVR is an older version with the highest resolution of 1080p therefore if you connect it to a 4K TV you will see a very slight difference in picture quality. But there are no lines no wavy picture and no audio distortions. I highly recommend it especially if you can purchase it through TEKling.

As for right now the unit is working fine . I have brought many of these DVD players back in the past and have them stop working after a couple of months. But as far for right now no problems.

This one I receive looks and plays like new! It's quiet and smooth sounding ,I really like it to the point where when I get some more extra money I may buy another one from this place because they did a good job as far as the refurbishing

It looks brand new even though it's been "renewed" (Toshiba doesn't make these anymore) and it works perfectly. I depend on this unit to record and watch my favorite TV shows that are on late at night and my old unit finally started malfunctioning after many years of use. Despite the cost, I'm extremely happy with this replacement unit.

Este modelo, lo he comprado en al menos 10 ocasiones, me funciona muy bien, sin problemas, graba y reproduce DVD's, en uso continuó, me dura hasta 3 años (uso normal considero 5 o 6 años), muy satisfecho con el producto
