Puzzles for Mindfulness: Over 100 stress-relieving and relaxing puzzles

Got this to gift to a friend, as something a little different but thoughtful. It was well received, & appreciated.

This is a nice little book with lots of good puzzles in it. However, I wouldn't call it a mindfulness book. If you enjoy puzzles, then buy it. However, if you don't, then probably best to look for something more suited to your preferences. In short, doing the puzzles won't make you less anxious if you don't enjoy puzzles to begin with.

Very small text on the pages. Dot to dot for example - no chance as quality of printing was poor as well as too small

I bought them as Christmas gifts for the office and my colleagues loved them. highly recommended

The puzzles are quite basic and not very engaging, but for the low price, it’s okay value.
