Two packets split
Both packets were open a spilt out , I have a photo but it won’t upload and amazons return replace option sends me round in circles , product is good I’ve had it before but frustrating to not be able to remedy this

Product arrived with an insect infestation
There are small black insects crawling around inside the bag of rice. I had to throw it out and get a refund.
