Transformers Devastation - PlayStation 3

Unbelievably addictive gameplay and amazingly rendered story that will not disappoint even the hardest Transformers fanbots. This is the Transformers game that will pick you up, throw on those Nikes, plop you down in the Delorean, strap in the flux capacitor, and take you all the way back to the golden age of Transformers. It has done everything exactly right including all of the original voice acting cast, a beautiful and appropriate soundtrack, seamless controls and combat animation, and the perfect amount of character/weapon customization, secret Easter eggs, and more. This is one of those games where the gameplay interface looks and sounds just as incredible as the cut scenes. The design actually feels like you are inside the original Transformers cartoon series. The original story is well played and dynamic enough for a second or third play through! I love swapping out characters and exploring the chapters in new ways; finding new unlockables. What more can I say?I am half way through my second time, and will be playing a third time for sure.

As a huge fan of the original series this game was a chance to relive all the childhood dreams. Now I can play as some of the most beloved autobots and make Optimus a lot more battle hardened than the tv series. I can finally finish off the deceptions instead of letting them retreat to fight again next Saturday morning!Great concept, overall an action adventure, beat-em-up style game with attention to detail, mostly original voice acting and fun combos, moves to shake an Energon Axe at. This is truly a great nostalgic experience and even if you’re not a fan of TF, I think you’ll have fun with this game.

Great game for ps3

This game is everything a kid grew up watching Transformers would hope it could be! Graphics, soundtrack, gameplay, and the original voice actors! Love this game! I only gave it 4 stars because it's only a 1-player.

The game brings me back to the original Transformers series. I have been a fan since the beginning and have missed the classic versions. The comic style graphics in the cityscape in the opening scenes reminded me more of Spider-Man than Transformers. Most of the voices sound just like the original series except Megatron sounds a bit off and Starscream sounds like an old lady. The gameplay is easy. This is definitely the best Transformers game I have played.
