I bought this for my lower back spasms, it IS a powerful unit, and gets my spasms to stop! I lOVE the rechargeable feature- no more batteries! Directions are less than adequate - but their customer service is great and they will help you with any questions! Once you learn the button sequence it's easy!

Works really well and can get quite intense. It's not quite as strong as the one I used at my physical therapist but for the price it's amazingly about the same price as what they charge for one use at the PT. I want to add that in the package there is a coupon for 20 extra pads for free. I thought there would be a catch but I just sent them an email as they requested and they sent me the 20 pads. Just got them in the mail today free of charge, no shipping, nothing, just absolutely free. What a great deal!

I am very pleased with the quickness of relief after using this product. It keeps my veins pumping and was completely worth the money. I'm grateful to have this tens unit.

I chose this unit for its portability and because it seemed pretty straighforward on using for different body parts. Very easy to set up and use - make sure you give it a good charge before using. I received relief from the first couple of treatments, and am planning to make this a regular part of my routine as I continue recovering from knee replacement. The company is very responsive to questions, which is a big plus.

The TENS Unit is great... Second unit with this brand... I now have two units with broken leads and when trying to reorder, it's not clear which leads I should choose. Just placed an order for another unit by a different manufacture...

I purchased this after trying my niece's and it has really helped me . Upon opening unit and unpacking I immediately used it . It's a great product and a very reasonable price .I highly recommend purchasing this Neumedics Flex .

This thing is crazy good. It has the potential to be way more powerful than other units I’ve tried. Pad placement is key and once you find the right spot for your problematic area, you’ll be feeling good as new in about 10 minutes. Would buy again and with the lifetime warranty, I’d say this is the only unit I’ll ever be owning.
