Sizzix 657159 Bigz Pro Die Card, Tri-Shutter, Multicolor

I did not realize that there was a Big Shot Pro so when I ordered it I couldn't use it. Only wish they made one for the Big Shot that I have. I do not want to buy another die cutter. It was my fault that I had to send it back.

I used to do this manually. Unfortunately, now I need to buy a larger machine as this die does not work with th ebig shot.

It was what I was looking for, but it did not fit my Big Shot machine. This item was made for the XL and I did not have that machine. Had it fit my Big Shot I would have kept it and given 5 stars.

I loved the die but unfortunately a Pro- die machine is needed and that is a 3 to 4 hundred dollar cost. Had to return die.

I use this in my Fiskars Fuse to bust out shutter cards in a fraction of the time. The die requires using up an entire 12" x 12" piece of paper, which gives a nice sized card base, but it is difficult to fit the paper on the die exactly, since the cutting edge goes nearly up to the very edge of the paper. It took me a couple of tries to get it right, but it works just fine once I did.Instead of throwing out the scraps that I didn't fit on the die just right, I kept the pieces to use as embellishments for future cards, so I don't have to measure each panel of future cards that I want to apply another color of paper to. I only wish there were a companion die for this that would cut out the individual panels for me without having to run another entire sheet through, but luckily I have a lot of scrap paper I've collected over the years, so it's not a huge problem for me.

I would have loved this but I didn't have the right machine to use, wish I did.

No measuring or scoring, bada bing bada boom....done! I love any tool that will save me precious time! Can't wait to use this more.

Très belle découpe. Par contre j'aurais préférée qu'elle ne soit pas sur une plaque 12 X 12 car je n'ai pas la très grande machine pour découper les plaques de 12 x 12. Coupe très bien. Beau modèle.

Disappointing that such a huge die makes such a small card. Finished folded card - to fit in an envelope is 3.75 x 5.5 inches (9.5 x 14cm) which is easily cut from a piece of card 5.75 x 11.5 inches (14.5 x 28.5 cm). Once over that disappointment I thought I'd make a card. Dismay! Where it cuts it cuts well but some snipping with scissors or a scalpel was required at the junction of creases and cuts - the crease lines are solid but the cut lines are interrupted. To me one of the main points of die cutting in NOT to have to use scissors or a scalpel.
