100% cotton Shemaghs. Shemaghs have been worn by both militaries and civilians alike for many years. They were originally known as Keffiyeh, with the term 'shemagh' coming from the Turkish word 'yasmak', translating loosely to 'tied thing'. They're very well made, and measure a massive 110cm x 110cm, giving you plenty of scarf to work with. They are made from 100% cotton, with knotted tassel ends around the edges. They can be worn in a myriad of styles and ways, and offer some extra protection against the elements, be they the sun and dust of an arid climate, or the wind and cold we're a bit more used to in the UK! The material was weird
once I washed it, it didn't seem correct. The material is not as straight as the one in the picture. it was not easy tying it. I kind of feel like it was false advertising. material should not be gathering the way it was like a scrunchie

Dieses Shemag hat sich auf meiner Reise als absolut unverzichtbares Accessoire erwiesen! Egal ob im Dschungel, in der Wüste oder bei Sonne und Wind – es hat mich zuverlässig vor Mücken, Sand und den Elementen geschützt. Die Vielseitigkeit dieses Shemags ist wirklich beeindruckend. Seine multifunktionale Verwendbarkeit hat mir in den unterschiedlichsten Umgebungen unschätzbare Dienste geleistet. Im Dschungel diente es als effektiver Schutz vor lästigen Mücken, während es in der Wüste vor Sand und intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung schützte. Auch als Windschutz erwies es sich als äußerst praktisch. Die zahlreichen Tragemöglichkeiten machen dieses Shemag besonders flexibel. Ob als Kopftuch, Schal, Gesichtsmaske oder als Bedeckung für den Nacken – die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten sind schier endlos. Das hat mir nicht nur eine gewisse modische Freiheit gegeben, sondern vor allem auch die Möglichkeit, mich je nach Bedarf optimal zu schützen. Die Qualität des Materials ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Insgesamt betrachtet bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit meinem Shemag. Es ist mehr als nur ein modisches Accessoire – es ist ein praktisches Werkzeug, das sich in verschiedensten Umgebungen bewährt hat.
