Must have pull up bands
With the lockdown in place it is quite crucial to get fit mentally and physically.Package Content:Several pull up resistance bands2x handlesdoor anchorskipping ropeAlthough there are quite a bit that comes with the package but the main ones we use is the pull up bands. Pull up bands are great for strength exercises. There are several ones you can do, including rowing - not the same as the rowing machine but a modified version, all can be found on youtube channels.We all use bands when using LesMills and I mix with Crossfit too, like push press, rowing, etc. It is indeed very effective for biceps of course several parts of the body muscles.We also bought rope resistance bands for other types of exercise so our little one can use less resistance as she is just starting to use these.I have seen great improvement in muscle development in the past 6 weeks.If you are working out at home then resistance bands and pull up bands are great exercising equipment to have in your home gyming kit.

Very strong and flexible, Highly recommended!
I absolutely love these!They come in Five colors with different resistance strengths. Yellow (loosest), red (medium resistance), black (strong resistance), Green & violet (very strong resistance). I had been using yellow, red, and black for more than a month for my workouts and they are really great!All bands size are the same i.e. 100 cm (see the picture attached) and upon extension goes above 200 cm.They are perfect for my workouts, especially as a gym novice. My gym buddies also love them and have purchased theirs.They came individually packaged and also have a little bag that you can fold them in and take to the gym.I have attached all the pictures of the items that come with the boxI hope it helps someone.

Good set of resistance bands.
Thanks to lockdown I’ve been investing in a lot of indoor exercise kit. These bands are good as I was looking for something I could do overhead squats with and being over 6ft I was concerned if they would stretch enough, but they were fine. Only downside is the rubber does smell a bit when you first open the bags!

Best pack for a range of abilities
Great set of resistance bands for all types of workout and abilities. I’m a personal trainer and have been using these to replace the weights in the gym while they are closed for lockdown and my clients have been loving the new challenge.

Sturdy, variety of resistances, recommended!
Really great set for staying fit in lockdown. Came with a range of bands that go from pretty easy to very difficult depending on what you’re doing. Then handles that can be attached and a door blocker so you can use them almost like cables in the gym. And a weighted skipping rope contraption to keep up cardio.It also comes with a card of possible exercises and suggestions in which there are so many options for every body part, recommended!
