As someone who doesn’t use anchors or attachments, I rely solely on the bands and grips. The shorter length of these bands compared to gym-style tube bands is actually a plus for me. At 6’2”, I don’t need to loop them around anything to remove slack, which streamlines my routine. When it comes to resistance workouts, it’s a bit of a rabbit hole to compare them to traditional weights like dumbbells. Resistance bands engage your muscles differently, and it’s up to you to adjust the tension and ensure a good workout. While it’s less straightforward than grabbing a heavier dumbbell, I still feel like I’m getting an effective workout. I am using these bands to help make my back stronger after it was broke. These bands are similar sto what i use during my rehab. Currently am using the yellow band and using it the way I do at rehab. It works on any door that has hinges. The straps to hold onto the band is comfortable and the clamp to hold strap on door is very strong. I have been using this strap for two weeks now and it is just like I received it. Band does not stretch out of shape. Resistance is good. Very happy with these bands.+

Received this “Kit” of various strength exercise bands along with wrist/leg bands and band handles and a door strap. I’ve used this set already and the quality is excellent. The bands are all shiny rubber and appear to be indestructive. I ighly recommend this set of bands.

I've been using bands like this for the last 7 years in a physical therapy clinic. For the last years I used Veick. In the years they changed the packaging which looks more eco friendly. However: - the handles got smaller and I prefer the older size for comfort and better grip. - they elongate a bit earlier in time. - the strenght difference is less present. - velcro loops are completely down graded in comfort. As there seem to be not much difference between product quality with other brand, it is still a good choice. I check them on occasion and in time they do tear ( I do live in hot climate) but never snapped or hurt anyone.
