5 Phases Replacement Glass Insert, 8 Ounce

BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER THESE BOTTLE INSERTS!!! 1 star only because you have to give a rating - 5 stars for the actual product, once you receive the RIGHT ONE!!! This rating is mostly due to the seller and the product that was shipped which is not the correct product that you should receive.The insert says that they are shipped out by Etailz but when we received our order, the shipment actually came from an company called Best Service Stores. THIS IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR 5PHASES!!!!!!!!! What we saw was that Etailz is the seller when we placed our order, but on the order receipt, it shows that the items came from Best Service Stores and not Etailz.After reading one review on how you absolutely NEED to make sure that the seller that you are using is ETAILZ, we definitely ensured that our order was going to be coming from Etailz. Once the bottles arrived, we were SO excited and so happy with them, except that the two shipments were different, and not in a good way!The shipment we got from Etailz were the complete bottle set-ups, so it had the plastic sleeve, nipple, top seal, and glass insert. The glass insert was the cylinder shaped ones, which is exactly what you want. The removable glass inserts (which is what I am writing the review on right now) were hexagonal shaped, which is NOT what you want to have. I was shocked that this had happened and immediately contacted 5Phases to let them know what had happened. Unfortunately, these inserts are also not returnable through the supplier, so I will be contacting Amazon to let them know the situation and see what they have to say.On the positive end of things, Christine at 5Phases is absolutely phenomenal and I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again! Once Christine got back to me and we discussed the issue, she assured me that the hex bottles were the wrong ones and defective. We would have never known if not for her!! We also purchased additional nipples and she took a look at those and let us know that those were the wrong ones as well!!!!! The difference between the two bottle inserts is that the hexagonal bottles are defective. And you don't want to have something that is defective when it comes to your baby!!! Be very careful and aware when ordering these inserts...even though it says that the seller is Etailz, it isn't coming from Etailz.The one positive thing that came out of this, is the fact that 5Phases is so aware and so amazingly willing to help and fix things, even though at this stage, the products we received have nothing to do with 5Phases at all!!! Best Service Stores isn't getting the inserts from 5Phases!!!!! I will absolutely do business with 5Phases again, and with Etailz, if there is any way to ensure that the product is actually coming from them. I will also be telling all our friends and family about the service that 5Phases has given us and the positive experience that we are having with them!!!!! Make sure that you are using an authorized dealer of 5phases!! There is a list of authorized dealers on the 5phases website, or order directly through 5phases,,
